The South Fork Natural History Museum and Hamptons Jazz Fest, are very happy to announce that SOFO Board Trustee Carl Safina, American ecologist and author of books and other writings about the human relationship with the natural world, will be performing with his Moment's Notice Jazz Band in Sag Harbor on Saturday, November 4.
Presented by Hamptons Jazz Fest and the South Fork Natural History Museum, the concert will take place from 7:00pm to 8:30pm at the Masonic Temple at 200 Main Street.
Says Safina in his book The View from Lazy Point: A Natural Year in an Unnatural World, "One note is not music. It is what lies between the notes that makes the music." Join us to experience the soulful sounds of jazz with this incredible group. We look forward to seeing all our fellow jazz aficionados there!
